The terms “you” and “user” shall mean you, users of our Services, and any entity or organization you or such users shall represent. The term “Services” means, collectively, our websites, applications, platforms, widgets, information, email notifications and other mediums, or portions of such mediums, through which you have accessed this Privacy Statement.

This Privacy Statement applies to information collected by, from or about you by Foresight through our Services. Your use of the Services, including any dispute concerning privacy, is subject to this Privacy Statement and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the terms set forth in this Privacy Statement, you should not access our Services.

Please Note: This Privacy Statement does not apply to information we process on behalf of our business customers. If you have questions regarding our customers’ (including your employer’s) use of your Personal Information, please review the privacy policies and statements of the business with whom you have a primary relationship or reach out to them directly. We will assist our customers with any requests relating to Personal Information that we process on their behalf.

Foresight collects information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device (“Personal Information”). In particular, Foresight may collect the following categories of Personal Information:

  • Identifiers, such as real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, social security number, or other similar identifiers
  • A person’s signature, state identification card number, physical characteristics or description, insurance policy number, education, employment or employment history, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information, or medical information or health insurance information
  • Commercial information, including records of personal property and purchasing habits
  • Professional or employment-related information
  • Biometric information, including genetic, physiological, behavioral, and biological characteristics or activity patterns from which organizations can extract a template or other identifier or identifying information
  • Internet or other similar network activity
  • Inferences drawn from other Personal Information to create consumer profiles

You may have the right to request, in accordance with applicable law, that Foresight disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information.

Deletion requests

You may have the right to request, in accordance with applicable law, that Foresight delete the Personal Information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions.

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your Personal Information. You may also make a request on behalf of your minor child. The request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you.

We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Response timing and format

We will make every effort to respond to a request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

How we protect information

We have implemented security measures intended to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect the security of your Personal Information. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its security.

Cookies and other tracking mechanisms

We and our providers use cookies, pixel tags, and other similar tracking mechanisms to automatically collect information about browsing activity, type of device, and similar information within our Services. We use this information to, for example, analyze and understand how you access, use, and interact with us through our Services, to identify and resolve bugs and errors in our Services, to assess, secure, protect, optimize, and improve the performance of our Services, for marketing and advertising purposes, analytics purposes, and to personalize content in our Services. Pixel Tags. Pixel tags (sometime called web beacons or clear GIFs) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. While cookies are stored locally on your device, pixel tags are embedded invisibly within web pages and online content. We may use these, in connection with our Services to, among other things, track the activities of users, and help us manage content and compile usage statistics. We may also use these in our emails to let us know when they have been opened or forwarded, so we can track response rates and gauge the effectiveness of our communications.

Third Party Analytics. We use third party tools, such as Google Analytics, which are operated by third party companies, to evaluate usage of our Site and Services. These third-party analytics companies use cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies to collect usage data about our Services to provide us with reports and metrics that help us evaluate usage of our Services, improve our Site, and enhance performance and user experiences. Third-Party Advertising. We work with third-party ad networks, analytics, marketing partners, and others (“third-party ad companies”) to personalize content and display advertising within our Services, as well as to manage our advertising on third-party sites. We and these third-party ad companies may use cookies, pixels tags, and other tools to collect browsing and activity information within our Services (as well as on third-party sites and services), as well as IP address, unique ID, cookie and advertising IDs, and other online identifiers. Do Not Track. Currently, our Site and Services do not recognize “Do-Not-Track” requests. You may, however, disable certain tracking as discussed below (e.g., by disabling cookies).

Children’s privacy

Foresight understands the importance of protecting the privacy of children. Our Website is not designed for or directed at children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children on our Website. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us at the postal or email address listed in this Privacy Policy.

International users

This website is not intended for use by users located outside of the United States.

Changes to our privacy statement

Foresight reserves the right to amend this Privacy Statement at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this Privacy Statement, we will post the updated statement on the website and update the statement’s effective date.
